Personal Life

In my downtime, I stay active and train in boxing, Muay Thai, and wrestling. I'm passionate about MMA, the outdoors, and dogs. Camping and kayaking help me unwind, and my five-year-old Alaskan Malamute shares my love for nature. To keep my mind sharp, I enjoy reading and listening to podcasts.

I understand the importance of a well-organized, cohesive design team. My focus is on streamlining processes, introducing efficient techniques, and ensuring seamless teamwork. I lead by assigning responsibilities, managing deadlines, and mentoring junior designers. Building strong relationships with stakeholders is crucial. I learn about business goals, distill information, and guide stakeholders through the design process, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration.

Bringing products to life requires close collaboration with development teams. My interest in tech and development gives me unique insights, facilitating strong designer-developer relationships. I introduce tools and UX knowledge to ensure features are fully realized and seamlessly transitioned from design to product.
